YELLOW DOCK is a powerful blood purifier. It is a perennial plant that is used as an astringent for haemorrhoids and pulmonary bleeding. It is also used for inflammation of the nasal passages and respiratory tract. It treats eczema, psoriasis, syphilis and liver congestion. Because it is an anti-tumour herb it can help to dissolve fibroids and cysts. It has also been used for jaundice, colon cancer,
heartburn and acid reflux. It is great for bile production, liver detoxification and kidney cleansing. It removes waste from the lymphatic system and urinary tract. It can also be used externally as a poultice for varicose veins. It is considered a helpful ally in releasing, tension, anxiety, anger and emotional burdens. DIRECTIONS
Boil 1 Tablespoon of the herbs in 2 cups of spring water for 5 mins and leave it to simmer for 15 mins. Strain it and drink 2 cups per day. 1 cup when you rise. 1 cup before bed. Do not use it if pregnant or breastfeeding.
