MUICLE® (Justicia Spicigera) is known as Mexican Honeysuckle. It is native to Mexico and Central America. It is rich in antioxidants, which can help combat free radicals and reduce inflammation. Muicle can help to increase iron levels and purify the blood, which improves circulation and energy production. Great for those with sickle cell, anaemia, leukaemia, thalassaemia and all other blood-related issues. It is also known to improve skin conditions, manage blood sugar levels and lower blood pressure. DIRECTIONS: Boil 1 Tablespoon of the Horsetail in 2 cups of spring water for 5 mins and allow it to steep for 15 mins. Strain it and drink 2 cups per day. 1 cup when you rise. 1 cup before bed.
