DIRECTIONS
Add half a palm of Jamaican Dog blood to 400ml of boiling Spring Water (not tap water) and 2 Tablespoons of Grated African Ginger (optional). Cover the pot with a lid, turn the stove temperature down to the lowest temperature on the stove. Simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, strain and serve. Sip warm and do not add any sugar or sweeteners (not even agave or wild honey).
