Hoodia is a spiky succulent plant that grows in the Kalahari Desert throughout Angola, Botswana, South Africa, and Namibia. Hoodia is known as “Queen of Namibia”. It is said, that the San Bushmen in South Africa eat Hoodia to fight off hunger during long hunts. Not only did it starve off their hunger, it is known to give strength, focus, energy and well-being. It has a history of use in treating indigestion and anaemia. The late Dr.Sebi mentioned that it nourishes every cell in your body. Hoodia does not help you to lose weight. It is used to suppress your hunger. It helps to lower blood pressure, reduce heartburn and increase red blood cells. It is best used alongside Seamoss and 2-3 Litres of spring water per day.

DIRECTIONS

Add half a teaspoon of Hoodia to 1 cup of spring water and drink once per day.
