Elderflower soothes all forms of inflammation internally and
externally. Drink 1-3 cups of Elderflower tea daily to strengthen
your immune system, improve the quality of your blood supply,
reduce allergy symptoms, fevers and colds. Apply the tea on
skin ailments such as insect bites, rashes, acne, rosacea and
blemishes. Elderflowers should be a staple to all homes.

AS A TEA:
Add 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of hot water.
Steep for 10 minutes, strain then sip. Sweeten with
Agave or Date Syrup and the juice of one key lime.
AS A SKIN TONIC:
Add 4 Tablespoons to 1 litre of hot water.
Steep for 1 hour, strain and soak a clean cloth or cotton into
the Elderflower tonic, squeeze the excess then place over the
affected areas for 10 minutes. Repeat this process 3 times a
day until the condition has improved. Or add the Elderflower
tonic to your bath water & soak for 20-30 minutes.
Do this once a day until the condition has improved.
