As a Tea: 1 Tbsp of Annatto to 1 cup of water. Simmer on a medium heat for 15 minutes. Strain and serve with 3 slices of Key Lime and sweeten with Wild Honey, Pure Date Syrup Or Pure Agave. Drink 1-3 times a day.
As a Mask: 1 Tbsp to 3 Tbsp Water, mix to a paste. Apply to clean skin. Apply and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Pat dry and moisturise with our Raw Batana Oil.
As a Dish: Grind 1-2 tablespoons using a pestle and mortar. Add to your stir fries, soup’s, stews, grilled mushrooms etc.
